Our organically bound trace and bulk elements are metal chelates. A novel, patented process allows the production of stable, highly bioavailable complex compounds comprising a metal ion and an amino acid (glycine or lysine) as ligand.

 

This ensures that trace elements remain protected during digestion. The chelation process is mainly aimed at improving the bioavailability of trace elements and thus ensuring that animals are optimally supplied with nutrients.

 

Inorganically bound trace elements are only available to a limited degree, as they bind to other components in the digestive tract to form unavailable compounds.


Chelate compounds of trace or bulk elements and an essential amino acid deliver an easily digestible product that is protected against negative interactions.
